I's sensitive to scents, so having no fragrance is a plus. Also, I liked that I could choose to add on services after the tech got there and I took advantage of that & got the grout near the dog food bowl cleaned!

Chemical free
Our team member brought out a machine that got dirt deep down into the carpet to come to the surface. No other team member has ever used this tool. We were VERY impressed because we have used Zerorez several times.
Derrick was very helpful in explaining the cleaning process. He arrived on time and called ahead to let me know when he would be here. Our carpets look great, there is no chemical odor. I am very pleased with my experience with Zerorez.
