I love the citrus smell of the products used. I suffer with asthma and allergies and it did not bother my breathing at all. I'm quite impressed.

First of all I would give the two gentlemen who showed up a 12 on the 1 to 10 scale. You have at least two great people working for you. The service was excellent. The results were super. Most of my carpets are older than normal but they now look quite new. Product, service, you guys have it all! Thank you so much.

Very professional, knowledgeable service men. While they were not able to get all tge spots out of sime carpet areas- they tried hard- and were sympathetic to my plight. (i had anticipated not all would come out).
