The technician who was a team lead was totally invested in making our carpets come out the best they could be. We had spots that couldn't come out because furniture had stained. That was OK. He made his best effort to get the dark rims around the edges out. My carpet is white and 16 years old and it looks great. We will use you again. Please Thank our technician.
