The technician takes care in cleaning spots. There is no odor in the carpet.
The technician was great. He was knowledgeable, treated me with respected and did his best to address the problem areas in my carpet. I love there is no chemical smell left over. The only issue I had was being told by the scheduling personnel one arrivel time the day before and a different time when I called the day of service when the technician hadn't arrived when I expected.
