I have had Zerorez clean my carpets several times. Each time, the carpets look so clean. They do a great job of cleaning routine dirt that accumulates, especially in high traffic areas. Additionally, their employees are always helpful, friendly and courteous--from those I talk to on the phone to the technicians.

The employees were very nice and did a good job but I still had a large spot and some small spots that would not come out.

Kenny Dunston was our technician and he did an outstanding job. He was very thorough with the carpet cleaning and did a great job, and was very professional and friendly. We were extremely satisfied with the service.
