Don't know yet about the products used on my carpets/I will see in time how it feels and looks. Right now it looks really good. I like a service that will give you a scheduled day, then calls the day before and tells you about what time they will be there. Mike did a really good job in explaining what he would do, then he cleaned my carpets starting upstairs, then the stairs, then the 2 rooms downstairs, then cleaned up. He also asked me to look over and see if I was satisfied before putting the machinery away.
