The products used have no chemicals so no smell or weird residue. The service tech was polite and professional and the treatment was done quick. There were some spots that I just knew he wouldn't be able to get out.... but he left and my carpet, even those spots, looks brand new. I was so impressed. Also, there is no wait time, the carpets are able to be walked on right when they leave.

I like it that Zerorez is a green carpet cleaning company that uses greener safer products. I have allergy issues so these products provide a healthy and safe indoor environment for me and my family. Zerorez provided great customer service. From scheduling an online appointment, working with the customer service reps on securing a date, the technician calling and informing me the time he should arrive, discussing what rooms will be cleaned and the expected outcome, cleaning the carpet, to easy paying method, the process went very well.

Great service. Very professional. Willing to work with the customers. Awesome cleaning of our Kitchen tiles/grout. Looks like new. Our carpet cleaning still has some stains after it was dry. Will call the service rep and I'm sure they will re-do some parts to remove stains. Overall very satisfied.
