We've used Zerorez Raleigh/Durham to clean our carpets and upholstery in the past to great satisfaction. Because of allergies, however, we decided to replace our carpeting with hardwood. Then we hired Zerorez to clean our ventilation system. An experienced, very good man, Kevin, cleaned every vent cover by hand while his blower cleared all our duct work of accumulated dust and allergens. Finally Kevin vacuumed the entire system through the returns, spraying inside a substance to prevent future build-up. We are adding lifetime filters to the returns. When my wife came home the first thing she noticed is that our nearly 20-year old house smells absolutely clean, as though the house is brand new. Meantime, the coughing, sneezing and other affects of our allergies have all but entirely disappeared. We sleep better and feel better.
