I was very impressed with the technician who cleaned our carpets. He did a super job. We have only used Zeroez to clean our carpets. I will never use a different cleaning system or company to clean the carpets in our home.

The guys who came out to my house were great! Super polite. They called to let me know when they were 30 minutes away. They explained everything, the cleaning, the enzyme treatment - which was one of the main reasons I called you guys because of my dogs! - and the protection. They introduced themselves - I think it was Rob and Bill (Bill was a trainee) - and they couldn't have been nicer or more considerate. Great representatives of your company! Quality of customer service. Scheduling appointment was quick and easy. I got an estimate over the phone and it was pretty accurate. The technical was polite and professional. He did a great job in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely use them again.

I like that the technician gives a call before coming with an estimated time of arrival, and the company gives a two-hour window when scheduled. I also like that there is no residue left after cleaning.
