We had four rooms cleaned and two rooms were sprayed with protectant. The technician was very friendly and efficient. We have had carpets cleaned many times over the years and felt this was the very best cleaning we have ever had. We highly recommend Zerorez, especially Mr Freddy Cruz.

The carpets are now very clean. The only drawback is the cost almost double from what I got on the phone. I knew it might go up based on what I saw when I got here, but I was not expecting that much more.

I called up to schedule a cleaning today and they were able to come this afternoon! What great service. Zerorez did a fantastic job on our carpets, which are as old as the house--23 years old. Our technician DJ was prompt and professional and answered all of my questions. I'll definitely use Zeroez again.

If it is, I just wanted to say that James did a great job. He was very thorough going through our house showing us the spots the previous owners hadn't properly cleaned up pet accidents. He advised us his professional opinion that we should do the enzyme treatment in the affected areas, so the smell of these accidents didn't linger. He walked us through every step of everything so we understood what was happening and what all our options were. He did a great job and I would give him a 10 out of 10. We really appreciated his hard work, and his explanations of everything.

I like that it is safer for children and dogs. Service was quick. I was able to get same day service due to a cancellation.
