Everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. This was a last minute service on my part, and they did everything they could to accommodate my request. The service man Adrian called 30 minutes before he arrived, just to let me know he was on his way. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He did a wonderful job, worked hard on a few stubborn spots, and the carpets look great. The price was very reasonable, too.

Price quoted was what was paid, technicians were professional, friendly and once they got set up each room went quickly. Please note folks...if you have a 10 - 20 year old carpet (like us) there is no service out there that can make it look showroom new...be reasonable. However, if you want your carpet to look much better and get rid of allergens these folks are great! Will certainly use them again!
James was very professional and went straight to work upon arrival. The office smelled very good. We will definitely have you return to finish the offices a little later this summer.
