The technician, Fred, was very professional and answered all our questions. We had recently had our rooms painted so we had some concerns about the baseboard getting scuffed up during the cleaning process. Fred did a fantastic job of cleaning the carpet and the baseboards have no marks on them at all. We would definitely recommend Fred and Zerorez!!

The first one foot of carpet as you enter the room was wetter than the rest of the carpet.
