The gentleman that came to clean ours carpets was very polite and professional. He was in and out quickly and did a wonderful job removing stains and dirt from high traffic areas. They gentleman offered other services and although I wasn’t interested he didn’t pressure me or make me feel uncomfortable. We will definitely use zerorez in the future and let our friends know about our experience. I really wish I could remember the name of the man that came.
