I really like the quality of the cleaning. It was timely and efficient. The tech Jamie was very informative on how the carpet functions in a home and the process of trying to maintain it and keep it clean. He even discussed down to the facts of walking barefoot and old getting into the carpet fibers and over time causing breakdown of the color and fibers.... he was great and was very attentive to my kids and their questions concerning his work and why he was doing what he was doing.... He is definitely an asset to the company and I pray he's not taken for granted.... ZeroRes ROCKS!!!!
