Our carpet needed cleaning and was extremely dirty. Zerorez did an awesome job of cleaning our bedrooms, hallway and steps. I was amazed at how well they cleaned the dirtiest of spots and they also used a chemical to treat any bacteria that might be growing in the soiled areas. Extremely pleased with our results!

The one element missing from your almost perfect "machine" is the office staff. I've encountered multiple girls that have absolutely no idea what they're doing or how to provide customer service to those of us that call in.
The company was recommended by a friend and if it weren't for Kwame, I would not continue to use Zerorez....that's how dissatisfied with the office staff.

Arrived at time promised, really nice guy, helped me save a little more money and did a really great job with the carpets. We were moving and per our corporate landlord had to clean the carpets so I didn't want to spend a lot of money just to get my security deposit back. But Zerorez did a fantastic job I will most definitely recommend and use them again in the future.
