The technician, Caleb Breniser did a wonderful job. He walked thru the house with me so I could show him what I needed done. He made suggestions with no pressure and left it up to me whether to add services. He worked quickly and was very thorough. I asked him if he had time to clean my couch. He worked hard on the couch (it truly was a mess of stains) and now it looks almost like new! I really appreciate the time and effort Caleb put into making my carpets and couch look the best they could possibly be. I will absolutely recommend Zerorez!

When I returned home I found the carpets looked like new. I appreciate their service and I find them to be accommodating.
