I called Zerorez to schedule an appointment. I talked with Kia & she was extremely helpful! I really liked that you receive a text to confirm your appointment the day before. Then you get a call from the service technician within 20 minutes of his arrival. This saves you from sitting home for hours waiting. Preston arrived & was very polite. He looked over the areas to be cleaned & made notes. There were a couple of dark spots from oil of a desk chair. I had tried to spot clean one, without much success. Preston got both spots out. The carpets looked great!
