The employee was very respectful. He came in and completely explained everything to me and took the time to look at the areas first. I definitely appreciated after everything was complete he explained exactly what he did and took the time to say "can I answer any questions for you." or "is there anything else I can do for you today." Unfortunately nowadays it is challenging to find good help. This was definitely not the case here. The employee was so wonderful I have decided to hopefully afford myself with continuous service from this company. As a first time customer I was so glad to meet such a wonderful employee that did wonderful work.

The expertise of the technicians and explaining exactly what is going to happen. The effectiveness of the treatments and cleaning. That the technician followed Covid protocols and wore mask and protective boots to prevent scuffing on the floors.
