This is my second time using Zerorez. I am very pleased with the service I received. I have also referred my friend who used Zerorez. My carpet look and smell so clean. I had some pet urine stains. They came out. You cannot tell that I have a pet. The technician texted me about his arrival time. He was on time.

The technician (Chris) was professional, he explained the steps of the cleaning process. He asked my needs and made recommendations on what he thought was needed. No pressure to up sale me.

I've been in my home for 30 yrs and never had the air vents cleaned. I heard your aid on WQDR and thought it was something I should do. I'm so glad I did. They found a problem with one of the vents, that I will be fixing. The work was excellent!

There are no harsh chemical used throughout therefore your carpet don’t have any sticky residue afterward, Carpet is clean and has a nice clean smell.

Professional service provider. Inspected the carpeting with a black light prior to performing cleaning to identify trouble spots. Carpet stretching services provided were professional. Cleaned all carpeted areas throughly. I would hire them again for any of these services.

Love the orange peel smell, quick drying. Our rep was so knowledgeable & helpful. Over the years no one has ever used a moisture meter! So thorough!!
