Scheduling with Zerorez was a breeze. I had to call a day before and change our 1st appointment when we had an unexpected situation arise and customer service was pleasant and rescheduled as needed. Our technician Drew was prompt and very very nice. He was straight forward about some stains that needed additional attention besides the regular cleaning and the added costs. I agreed I did not want those to come back and agreed with the pricing. He did an excellent job and our carpet looks so much better. We have a lot of family coming in for Thanksgiving and having clean carpet is a load off of our minds!

We had a great experience with ZeroRez. The person who cleaned our carpets was very personable and knowledgable. He did a thorough job and recommended a deeper clean for our old couch to help give it a little more life. Would recommend ZeroRez to friends and family.

The technician was very friendly and did a excellent job. He informed me that there would be a extra charge for removing pets stains. I initially thought the estimate would be around $370 with 1 of the bio treatments but it was closer to $525 since 3 of the bio treatments had to be applied. I simply wish the total amount have been clearly communicate prior to agreeing to the extra services. Overall I would use your company again.
