Not only do the carpets look better, smell better, and feel better, but the customer service was EXCELLENT! Clark did a fantastic job and made several helpful recommendations that we really appreciate. Next time we will have Clark clean areas we "skipped" this time, and will likely have the stain-prevention applied throughout the house (rather than only the stairs). The gentleman who came to clean explained everything before he started and answered all my questions as he cleaned! Everyone in the office was also polite professional and forthcoming with answers to all my questions about the process...the excellent customer service is what I liked the most. My carpets looked like I had a herd of animals in my livingroom and den but thanks to zerorez they look brand new!

Your company was referred to us by the place where we bought carpeting. They said you had the best process out there. The were right. You are the only carpet cleaning company I will use from here on in and will recommend it to all (and I have tried them all). I love the way you don't add soap...and that the dirty water does not need to be poured down my toilet or bathtub. It is a neat, easy process. The carpet does not seem to be damaged by the products used, as with that dry powder from another company. I also appreciate the specials you offer....***ON ANOTHER NOTE I DO NOT LIKE THE $10 gas fee charge...MAYBE OTHER COMPANIES HAVE IT AND HIDE IT IN THE PRICE....BUT THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT!
