Client Testimonials
On time. Very professional. Wyatt was
very good at explaining the procedures
and did an excellent job. Carpet looks great.
John did a FANTASTIC job ! He went over and beyond his job. My vacuumed blew up just before he got there. So, he got his own vacuum and vacuumed before he did the actual cleaning.
He was so friendly and professional! Thank you again for the superb jobe!!
Friendly person on the phone as well as Charles, the technician.
Quick service easy to schedule
The carpets are cleaner than they have been in a long time.
Quality service that was fast and very effective getting the stains out.
The techs (especially Birch) are great and I like the way my floors and couch come clean
The technician was fast and efficient. Carpets look great.
This was my first time using Zerorez. My daughter has used them for years. The technician who came to the house was very professional and thorough. What I liked best was the cleaning process. My carpets were not saturated with water. They were sprayed
with a cleaning solution and then brushed and vacuumed. Our home has white carpeting and it cleaned beautifully. They also cleaned a 5x7 area rug and special treated some pet stains. I will definitely use them again.
Results were fantastic and communication was great!
Great service, great staff. Will use again.
Carpet always looks fabulous after and stains do not reappear after. Technicians are great and always on time.
The methods to clean. Birch did an excellent job communicating and keeping us up to date and asking for any feedback or concerns. He was very friendly and professional.
Great quality work. Zack did a fantastic job. A+
Very thorough cleaning process.
The Zerorez employee-Zach-was polite and informative. I would welcome him for service anytime.
The cleaning was spot on. Very good . He did explain that older stains can re-surface. I knew that already, and a few spots did come back. Overall, and over the years, Zerorez is excellent.
It was easy, reasonably priced, and they walked through the rooms before and after and took extra care in certain areas that I pointed out and made sure to focus extra drying to rooms where I'd need it dryer faster. Very kind person too!
It is so amazing to see my 23 year old carpets look new. The pile raised, the pattern revealed, the color consistent with no traffic patterns to show their age and use. And then the bright refresh on newer carpets, as the oils of my old loyal dog are erased. And newness restored.
Completed in little more than an hour and dry in 6 hours. I will be calling Zerorez back next year!
Highly recommended.
Technician was professional and knowledgeable. He worked quickly and did a great job. It was easy to schedule and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend.
Wide range of professional services
Reliable, courteous, great price and always a great job!
Whatever you guys do it really works.
I like the fact that Zerorez uses no chemical products in their cleaning.
Zerorez has consistently done a stellar job on removing the pet stains & making our carpets looking refreshed & great! I consistently brag about the great job they do. Thank you!
Disappointed that technician had to "pump his holding tank" into my toilet.
Polite and thorough technicians, cleaning products work well and the carpets look great. Easy to schedule and dependable.
I was not able to be at the house when the carpet cleaner arrived, and left me teen daughter in charge. I was so pleased to come home and she commented on how easy-going the tech was, how the coordinated to move some of the furniture together, and how quick they were done. The carpets dried in a day, no smell, no residue (from what I can tell so far) and it the service was a fair price. I'm very pleased.
Your company has always did a good job for us.
Zerorez uses their own water at a 210 degree temperature. Our three rooms were cleaned quickly leaving our carpets looking as good as new. This was miraculous since they are 25 years old. Wyatt and Zack went the extra mile for us and were polite and professional. Great communication throughout the process! We will definitely use them again!
Birch was very professional and kind, easy to work with/communicate with. He did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets and we would highly recommend him to our friends & family.
