Service: the employee who did our carpets was outstanding in ever war
Excellent communication before service. Prompt on time arrival. Prearrival call came through about 20 minutes beforehand, much appreciated. The guy who showed up was friendly, professional and polite. He answered all my questions, very efficiently cleaned the carpet and was done in about 40 minutes (just one small room). This cheap carpet hadn't been cleaned since i moved in 30 years ago. Given that i was astonished at how clean he got it. It doesn't look new of course but a LOT of dirt and stains were removed and those that didnt come out are much less noticeable. I was particularly concerned about soapy residue and this company rinses with clean water, eliminating that concern. I did use a space heater and a fan to speed drying. Although he said it would dry in 5 to 6 hours I dont think that would have been the case had I left it to dry on its own. Overall a very positive experience. I would definitely call them again.

My vintage velvet couch had to be cleaned & I had a heck of a time finding someone to clean it at an affordable price. Zerorez said they could accommodate my needs after I sent in some pictures of the couch. They were reasonably priced & had a very professional approach both on the phone & with the service. I had a bit of an issue with the outcome, but after talking with John (the manager) he was polite & positive about resolving the issue. He was more than fair with me & provided solutions to my discrepancy.
