The technician was skilled, efficient, and knowledgeable about carpet and its needs and treatment. He got right to work, and was done in just under an hour. The carpet was a little damp, but I felt comfortable putting the furniture back into place in about three hours.

We have relied on Zerorez to clean or carpets for years. And we have always been happy with the workers sent and the quality of the job. Jamie G. was sent to do our last job. One room was particular difficult with pet stains and a water stain that we were not aware of until the bed was dismantled. Jamie was a good communicator, described the process for the best result, and gave an estimate. The room looked and smelled amazing improved when she was through.
