The technician called ahead and arrived at the agreed upon window. He explained the three-step process he was going to use and asked if I had any question or areas of concern. He went to work right away, protecting my entryway door from his hose's movements. The job was finished in a timely manner, we processed the payment, and it all went as expected. The most important thing is my wife was satisfied when she got home.

Our carpets looked batter than we expected. The technician , Kayla , did a great job getting stains out of our 14 year old carpeting. We were pleased that she took care to protect the corners of our walls with plastic protectors. I have recommended Zerorez to my friends.

Service was great! He was very nice and knowledgeable. Great price for not having to do it myself and almost every stain came out with just the normal shampoo. Carpet was dry 5 hours later and look wonderful. Highly recommend!
