Jamie, the tech, had wonderful communication, was efficient and entirely pleasant to work with. The upholstery came out amazingly clean, and it's clear the tech was working with care.
Once we saw how well the upholstery was going, we asked about taking care of a carpet spot as well. The carpet got analyzed carefully, recommendations made, and we now have a spotless carpet as well. Just can't recommend Zerorez enough!
