I like everything! Staff is always thorough and professional. My carpets and couches look, smell, and feel AMAZING. I try to get everything done at least twice per year. I will probably never use another company because they make things too easy. We have 4 dogs and white couches/ light carpets that look great because of ZeroRez.

Fast friendly clean and courteous
I had heard about the Zerorez process but it wasn’t until I tried it that I realized what a superior way it is to refresh and restore my carpets, rugs, and furniture. The office staff was wonderful getting me set up and the technician was fantastic. I will never go anywhere else, period. My cats are rolling all over the place today, getting their scent back on the carpets but also enjoying how soft they are!

Low chemicals, quick drying carpets, professional careful technicians...everytime! I have had my carpet cleaned so many times by Zerorez and the techs are always respectful and professional. I like the easy booking and quick response to questions. AND I like the results... great looking carpets.
