Gabriel did a fantastic job. We are so very pleased with the results. We have a senior dog and our carpet is only one year old, Gabriel was able to get out dog urine stains that other cleaners had not been able to remove. We will definitely use Zerorez services again.

Zerorez Portland is great to work with. They offer online scheduling and provide, self-serve reliable estimates via their website. In advance of my service, I received a timely reminder and on the day-of, the tech gave me notice of his arrival 30-miutes ahead.
I like that this company got up and got to work early on a Monday morning, arriving at my house at 9 AM. I also liked that when the carpet was clean, I got a text to let me know the service had been completed. The text included a link that made it easy to pay online
