No chemicals and it dried quickly.

The amazing result- the service technician got out stains that I thought might be impossible. Carpets are soft and look great. Had one 3x3' area with a dog urine odor, the odor isn't completely gone, but is 80% improved. I did think the $40 extra charge for that one small spot was a bit expensive...however I will ( and have already recommended you) . Thanks!

Positive: Wore Booties on shoes. Placed Corner wall protectors for cleaning hose. Friendly. The two stains we pointed out came out with the cleaning. Tech Worked hard. Carpet smells fresh and smooth, does not feel sticky. Carpet was much cleaner than when it was cleaned by SERVPRO. Our socks turned brown after SERVPRO cleaned our carpets..

Negative: Van parked in my clean concrete driveway leaked oil. Walk in closet had a small wooden chair and scales that I forgot to move and the tech did not move to clean under those areas. Two stains I forgot to point out did not come up with normal cleaning but again we forgot to point those out.

Justin was friendly, knowledgeable and did a great job. As promised, he called to let me know he was on his way, arrived right on time and brought some much needed life back to our carpets. They look amazing, most were dry within 6 hours and the carpets feel and look clean!

That the carpet is not so wet and dries faster.

I loved the fact the company is green! There was no chemical smell left in the house! The carpets were plush and didn't tell stiff after they dried!

Justin and Daniel came out yesterday, and they were very personable and respectful of my home. They did a great job, and I will use Zerorez again.

Professional and friendly staff, no odors bothered my scent sensitivities, didn't know what the stains were but the technician was able to get all but one with first cleaning then had an additional option for the stubborn one. I was extremely happy!

Zerorez did an amazing job. Got out pet stains that I didn't think would come out. Cleaned a carpet that hadn't been cleaned in 15 years. Made it look almost new!!

The technician was knowledgeable and friendly, she was also able to get out spots and clean up areas that another company wasn't able to.

Service is top notch, and the carpet looks and feels so good after cleaning.

Jamie was thorough and efficient. Our carpet is older and pretty soiled in the traffic areas, so it didn't come sparkling clean, but that wasn't the fault of the process, I don't think. I have already shared your name to several friends.

Quality, professional, and FANTASTIC cleaning job!

On top of the carpets looking fabulous immediately, the staff was awesome, professional and friendly. They were fast and efficient. Our carpets were cleaned around 6pm and dry by the next morning. We had everything from makeup stains to animal stains - and everything came out perfectly.

And my baby's room is fresh and clean and now we feel ready to bring him home to a nursery with like new carpeting - no soap or residue or anything.
