I love the fact that this company uses way less chemicals! The service was outstanding! We had an old cat who used to make messes on the carpets and between work boots and coffee stains, I figured that maybe the carpets would look better, but we would have to still have the carpets replaced. I was amazed!! Brooks was in and done with the cleaning in about an hour and a half. The stains are almost completely gone. It looks as though we have new carpets!! Zerorez just gave us another 5 years or more on our carpets. Thank you!!!

When I first called in, the gal who answered the phone was very friendly and answered all of my questions prior to me making an appointment. When they came out to clean the carpets, the guy was so knowledgable and friendly. My carpets looked WONDERFUL and they were pretty gross to start with. I have 4 dogs and he was able to get the dirt stains and pet stains out. (o:
I like the fact that no shampoo or soaps were used, therefore no residue or stiff feeling carpet.
It appears that all the spots in the carpet came out, which is terrific. Because it was a warm day,
the carpet dried quickly and I was able to put everything back in their place. I was very happy with
the technician. He went over everything with me in advance before starting the project. I will
definitely use Zerorez in the future. The carpet in my whole house was cleaned and it looks and feels
great. The carpet even feels clean..........
