The cleaning was well done. My carpets buckled a bit, but then they straightened out. It would have been good to know about the possible buckling before the job was done. But I am very happy with the cleaning.

I appreciate that it's environmentally safe. There is no chemical smell when complete & everything is clean. Also, I had no idea a mattress could be cleaned. As one of many with allergies, I was very happy to have that done!

I was called ahead of time as promised, arrival time was within the time stated. Technicians were polite and professional. I appreciated their assistance with moving some of the heavier pieces of furniture and was told to call if there was anything I found that I thought needed more attention. They were careful to use booties whenever entering my apartment. Very professional!

I would definitely recommend Zerorez to others and will use them again when I need carpet or furniture cleaned. Zeroez lives up to their ads and commercials!
