My cleaner John showed up on time, was neat and clean and wore his booties throughout the house. John has to be your most conscience person you employ. Any little spot he pointed out and worked very hard on all of the rooms. John was very knowledgeable on your products and was extremely easy to talk with. There was no odor from cleaning products. Also, the young man who did the work was very professional, spoke well, explained the process fully and was very personable. I was surprised how quickly the job was done and the carpet looks great and the bad spots gone.

LIKE; Quick, on time, polite, careful of my wall/corners, wears foot covers to not track in extra dirt, traditionally does a good job.
NOT LIKE: ~~~ HOWEVER, I did NOT get/he forgot to give me the $100 certificate advertised the radio by Lars Larson for February jobs. Would be nice if it could show up in my mailbox.
Chemical free cleaning
You came out gave a quote, came back on time to complete the job. The carpets look wonderful. The carpets were being done during store hours. There was no chemical smell and none of the customers complained. The carpet cleaning was a success. Thank you!
