Rafael did a great job on our carpet. He took the amount of time he said he would, after we agreed on what he would do (a lot, our puppy had done a lot of business on the carpet). He explained what he could and could not do. He even got spots out that the previous cleaning did not get out. The carpet looks and feels wonderful.
