Our light beige carpet was originally installed in 1988! It is a good quality carpet and pad but we raised 2 boys, 3 dogs and a cat here over the last 35 years that we've owned our home.
We started using Zerorez when one of our dogs got ahold of a black gel pen and ink was embedded into the carpet. No other carpet cleaning company would even come out but one actually recommended I call Zerorez. You guys came out and did an amazing job removing every bit of the ink! I was sold on your company for life...even tho I tried a couple of other companies thinking I'd save money with a Groupon. Big mistake, but I've learned my lesson-stay with the best!
Your tech, Gabriel came out yesterday and did an incredible job- he was on time, professional, courteous and very efficient. I seriously think our carpets look new! People that visit honestly can't believe that our carpets are actually nearly 37 yrs old and we credit some of that to the care Zerorez gives to each job they have done for us over the last 15 yrs!
It was fine with presidio qn it really took care of the stains the carpet looks like when we bought if first moved in five years qgo' i am very happy with the quality and results of process and the fact there are no harsh cemacles used if was safe for my 25 yeqr Gray parrot even though she Groled at it when he was close but she died the same with our house claber when she get close to cage . In all m very pleased with the results and speed of the service as well

How well our carpets get clean. I had a bad red wine stain on white carpet in my dining room. With their special stain tool it was removed and gone! They are professional and reasonable!

Like that there’s n residue left. Didn’t like Rauel(technician) though. Left standing water on kitchen and entry tiles. Tried to high pressure me into a pre treatment and acted miffed when I declined. Then he said my house smelled like cat. I had cleaned with 409 that morning and the house smelled of that product. Every other technician has put styrofoam under chair and side table. He didn’t so I had to use some of the ones I saved.
I’ll use Zerorez again but want ne f the prior technicians.

The communication was so good! Matthew (i think that was his name) who helped with 1991 SW Mill Street Terrace was so nice to call me and explain the situation at the house, he ended up having to do more work than we originally thought and i felt terrible but he just reassured us it was okay and he just wanted to help with whatever needed to be done. It is March 2025. Once again, Zerorez has risen to the challenge, removing pet odors and stains, and removing unknown stains from a 20 year-old carpet. Quite satisfyingly and quite successfully.
We began using Zerorez in 2011. There is no other carpet cleaning service to use. The information on the Zerorez website is accurate. The staff answering calls are very pleasant, cheerful, andaccommodating in arranging an appointment.
Matt, the cleaning associate called 20 minutes prior to the appointment showed up on time, knew exactly what to do and was done within an hour 15 minutes. He was pleasant, polite, knowledgeable, respectful, and skilled. Thank you, Matt.
