Our carpet had not been cleaned in 15 years and had lots of kid play residue/stains. Only two paint stains that were very deep didn’t come out complete, but mostly. The carpet was so clean and fresh and the fibers so soft. The carpet we thought may need to be replaced looks fantastic now. Gabriel was really pleasant and communicative, and really efficient. Very happy with this ZeroRez and will hire them again, and highly recommend.
