Robert was on time, assessed the large room and went to work. It was fast, didn't take a long time and left the rugs looking great and smelling great. They weren't very wet and dried over night with a small fan. Rugs feel and long almost like new. The price was very good and I will use them next time.

My carpets are clean! The high traffic paths are gone for another year. These carpets are 27 years old which speaks both well of the quality of carpet and to how well they clean. I recommend Zerorez every time the conversation lends itself to carpet cleaning. Our carpets are wall-to-wall. However, Zerorez has cleaned area carpets on hardwood flooring for friends who took me up on using their service.

Efficient, punctual, informative, careful, courteous, and thorough is how I would describe the technician who from the time he arrived and departed had cleaned carpeting in rooms, hallways, and stairs in 2 hours.

The technician, Raphael was very careful in cleaning area rugs, yet thorough.
The process left carpets almost dry which meant that they could be placed on hardwood floors within a day or so.

We love the job Zerorez did on on 40 year old carpet. It looks new, smells fresh, and we think it may last another 40! I expected a carpet cleaning odor and was so very happy to find only a smell of freshness. We have already told our family and neighbors of the wonderful and reasonably priced Zerorez service.
