Zerorez said they could accommodate my needs after I sent in some pictures of the couch. They were reasonably priced & had a very professional approach both on the phone & with the service. I had a bit of an issue with the outcome, but after talking with John (the manager) he was polite & positive about resolving the issue. He was more than fair with me & provided solutions to my discrepancy.

I like that they don't use any chemicals or detergents. Our carpets feel soft after cleaning, unlike other cleaners we have used, which leave a crunchy, stiff feeling. They efficiently removed a few minor spots we had. The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough.

Our carpets are 25+ years old and we do take care of them. It’s important to us and over the years we’ve used MANY different companies clean our carpets, but my husband and I both agree Zerorez is the best. We’re very happy with the result, honestly our carpets are squeaky clean and look great. Birch did great work. When you get a technician who’s a perfectionist it stands out and Birch is a keeper for sure. We’ll do our best to keep our carpets looking good until the next time we call Zerorez!
