No residue. Easy communication by phone. Technician seemed experienced but I was a little worried with how quickly he got the job done. The only negative was the water left on the wood floor next to the carpet in several places. Recommend technicians wipe this off after cleaning so as not to damage the floor - I was fortunate to see it and dry the floor. Carpets look good!

Our technician 10/1/26 was excellent, process resulted in visible improvement! We've used Zerorez multiple times. I was disappointed not getting a call 30 mins prior to arrival... tho' arrival was within the promised service window. I like the non-chemical approach.

Birch did a magnificent job on cleaning our carpet. This is the second time he has cleaned our carpet and has done a good job each time. I would definitely request and recommend him to other.

Matthew did my cleaning and he was personable and efficient. He's a keeper. I would like to have him next time I have Zerorez. Also, my carpets look great. This is my 3rd time to use Zerorez and I plan to use them every time I need my carpet cleaned. Two of my friends have had Zerorez as well b/c I recommended you!
