I truly enjoyed my experience with Zerorez from start to finish. I found information on the website easily and was able to make reservations easily by calling the 1-800- number. On the day of the carpet cleaning, I got a call from the friendly service technician (Burg?) confirming he was on the way. When he arrived he was super professional and helpful- including talking with me very clearly about the specific needs in our home. He clearly laid out the options for deep cleaning and exactly how much they would cost. In fact, when there was a question about whether a carpet stain was dog urine or not, he actually got on the floor and SMELLED it to find out! Talk about dedication! haha. I really felt like he did his very best work and didn't rush through just to be done. At the end, our 15 year heavily stained carpet looked and smelled AMAZING. He’s was super informative, explained everything very completely and exhibited top tier professionalism, and an all around great guy! Good communication with the company; the technician, Jacob, asked if he could come earlier than scheduled which worked wonderfully. He arrived as scheduled and got straight to work after explaining what he was going to do. He perfectly cleaned the carpet in a small living room & hall, he cleaned a love seat and recliner chair and returned them to their original colors!! All this, well done, in less than 90 minutes. I will use Zerorez again.
