Super happy with Birch and Zerorez, I had gotten a quote from another company and scheduled two appts. They showed up outside the window twice. And they tried to tell me I needed a very expensive add on, Birch was able to get the carpets looking and smelling great with the normal cleaning process. Highly recommend!

I was very pleased with your service and correspondence. My carpet looks great! The only snag was that the service tech was unsure about the discount coupons I received by email prior to the cleaning day ($20 off first service) so he did not apply the discount but suggested I call the office. When I called the office and explained the situation they did credit the $20 back to me so I'm pleased with the way things turned out.
