Did a great job on our white carpet.

The cleaning method
Your cleaning services do a thorough job and the carpet stays fresher and cleaner for a longer period of time. Your service techs have all been very good and I would like to request only Travon in the future as he was wonderful. If I could share with my initials or anonymously I would have checked the box below but not my name.
Was expecting a cleaner carpet for the price paid. Only slight difference in appearance
We love the Empowered cleaning fluid! It’s great for streak-free cleaning of any shiney surface in the house. I use it on glass, mirrors, stainless steal appliances, countertops, my eye glasses, pretty much everything.
No harsh chemicals was used on my carpet. When the tech was finished, my carpet was cleaner than when we bought the house 3 years ago. All the stains from our roommate's pets are now gone. No more trashed carpet. We are very satisfied.
I like that there are no chemicals used.
Great techs, great service. They accommodated my last minute request and squeezed me on the day I needed. Techs are always friendly with the dogs and focused on the end result.

Great customer service and good job cleaning carpets
Don't leave the carpet smelling worse than when you arrived. Train/empower the employees so they can resolve issues on the spot (in my case: open new order to charge for subextraction rather than make me book another appt). Reinforce Covid-19 mask wearing protocols (not wearing mask under the nose).
Looks great and smells great
Service was great. My 13 year old carpets look amazing, even the heavy traffic areas.

Jeff did an awesome job. He made sure that everything was in tiptop shape while he was cleaning. I had some issues with my grout and that didn’t stop him from trying to make it look brand new. When we can, we always try to request Jeff Klaus. Nicely done sir!
