I want to be sure Kieran cleaned one arm of the chair - there are still spots there - if he explained it wouldn't clean, I don't remember.
Everything else was fine and he was a very nice young man!
Your serviceman was extremely courteous and explained the limits of his service and what we could and could not expect, in terms of results. This was extremely helpful, as the details he shared were not explained to us when we scheduled his service. We agreed with his suggestions and are more than satisfied with the results.
I am thankful for this kind of employee. The world could do with more.

Clean neat and a good technician
Colton was AMAZING!!! He went the extra mile! He got all the stains out of our carpet, cleaned an area rug to make it look brand new, took his time to make sure the job was done right!!! He was very nice and educated me! He was AMAZING!!!!! I would highly recommend using him!
