My carpet looks great. The technician was the best I have had yet. He listened to my concerns about the carpet took extra care with the stubborn stains. He was very attentive and very knowledgeable and very polite and friendly. He deserves a huge 10 rating.

Technicians are prompt and polite. This was a move out clean and, I must say, I wish that the previous renters/owners would have been as considerate of us when we moved in. The floors, carpet and tile, looked fantastic! Not so much when we moved in. Thanks Zerorez for making the place look like a million bucks!
I hadn't had my carpets cleaned professionally in a long time. Joe came in and was polite, informative and did a great job getting food/spilled drink stains out of my carpet. I will definitely use Zerorez again!
