Have the customers history available when scheduling. Nearly every time I use your service, there is a discrepancy is what is provided. Do you pre treat, do you rake, what rooms are counted as two rooms, etc. it would make for fewer frustrations when the worker arrives

You don't use soaps to leave residue in the carpet, your tech was very friendly and informative.
It would really benefit your company to place a policy to allow at least 1 week to come out and fix any accidents to be fixed with the carpet without charging over half the initial cost. My child spilt juice on the carpet 2 days after you serviced us and I was amazed at what it would take to have this rectified. I understand it was a household accident but to charge the amount I was quoted to make it right was absolutely ridiculous. .

No residue, you do what is promised, my floors are safe for my grandchildren and the job is completed quickly. I don't forsee the use of any other company or person to ever clean my floors.

You really do get the carpet cleaner than any service I have ever used....and the grout cleaning makes my tile look new..
I requested a specific tech and was told that wouldn't be a problem. We didn't get the tech requested. Also, the person that we talked to on the phone when we set the appointment up with did not include in his notes to the tech that we needed the stairs and hallway upstairs done. The person on the phone asked me how many steps there were and I physically walked up them and counted with him on the phone. This resulted in $138 more than the quote given.

The process was very interesting.And these are the cleanest my carpet have been in about 5 years. I can't even see where the clean carpet under the couch and the newly cleaned carpet meet. Normally there are still traffic patterns, but today I don't see any.
