Curtains were wrinkled after the tech tied them up to keep them from getting damaged or wet during the process. Suggesting that we "spray them with warm water" isn't much of a solution. Heading out to buy a garment steamer to do it properly.
Carpets were done well, but not much customer service on the back end with my complaint that I called in today.

I received the topical pet treatment, but would of really liked your more indepth pet treatment, but I was never given a price on it. Just that it would be VERY expensive.
