How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I was charged almost $200 for cleaning my carpet. I asked the guy to be honest with me, if he could and said, yes with all these chemicals, etc. but it is still hard and still has a smell to it.

I was quoted a price and that is what I was charged. Not a lot of upselling. Also, the person that came to my house was so courteous, so professional and very meticulous about his work. It was an extremely pleasant experience. Sadly that is a rarity in the carpet cleaning business.

We had a great experience with Zerorez......our Tech Nick Huston was great he was very professional, knowledgeable, and did a superb cleaning job on our carpeting and tile!!!!! Charles Garvin was on time, worked quickly but efficiently and was professional and polite. I will admit that I was skeptical at first because no chemicals were used in the cleaning process but my carpet looks great! Even the oil stains were removed. I love the fact that there are no chemical residues in my carpet because I have a pet. I also love that there were no "chemical" odors because I am an asthmatic and cannot tolerate perfumes or odors given off by cleansers. I will definitely be calling you again when I need to have my carpets cleaned in the future. In fact, 2 days after you cleaned my carpets, I referred you to one of my friends.

What could we do to improve?

Your technician (Peter) did a great job. He is a credit to your business. I will use z1erorez for the next few times to see how the carpet is after all the soap has been removed. I reautlly like the cleaner feeling of the carpet now and will refer friends and family if the next cleaning is as good as this time.

This was the first time I used a cleaning company. Your Tech was very clean, professional and helpful. I was expecting the heavy traffic areas to come out better, and the carpet to be dryer than it was, but he did a great job and I will call him back to complete our home.
