The products are clean and don't leave any residue, and after talking with Andrew, used some of the very special water to clean my stainless steel appliances, and they're still clean five days later. The service was excellent and punctual. We are very pleased with the results and are happy with the cleanliness of the carpet and the Persian rug Andrew was able to clean as well.

The person that came out to my property was polite and well spoken, my negative feedback is not all to do with the technician, the technician was great. I am upset because I had heard from friends and family that zerorez results were so great I was confident that my carpet issue could be solved. There are no visible stains on the carpet in the master bed room however that is the only room that smells like a pet had lived there. The carpet is only 14 months old, and after the zerorez service the carpet still smells strongly of pet odor.

The technician was timely, efficient and informative. He advised us about grout sealing on our tile floor and even stop during cleaning to be sure we were okay with the results he was seeing. Great work and I would use this service again.

The carpet was very dirty in this house we bought and we expected to see a fairly clean carpet upon completion, however the traffic paths are still easily visible. I did a spot cleaning with Shout and a warm rag and got that area much lighter with little effort. If I need to do whole carpet that way not sure why I called your company
