Your truck leaked oil in my driveway 2 spots approximately 2" wide by 8" long. Excessive water left on the laminate transition from the laminate flooring to the tile made the transition warp in several areas. Tile and grout are no cleaner than I would have had if I scrubbed it myself. So I saved myself some time and effort nothing more.
They are on time and reliable.
The tech that showed up at my house was very rude, and I think a more thorough job could have been done on some parts of the carpet. He tried to get me to cancel my appointment because he did not want to clean the carpets. He told us the carpet was dirty, don't expect it to look brand new. I called ZEROREZ because I have dirty carpets. What do you expect to do, clean carpet that is already clean. I was skeptical already about the company, and this guy let me know I was right.

My 22 year old carpet looks amazing! The technician, Keith, arrived on time, was knowledgable, and did an excellent job in removing the stains and getting the carpet looking almost new again, without using harsh chemicals. I'm very satisfied with the job!

We were impressed with the difference in carpets and tile floors after the cleaning process. Our carpets and tile are 10+ years old and they now look revitalized.
From the consumer standpoint, I believe your over the phone quotation is skewed. It feels as though there is a little bit of a "bait and switch going on". All my rooms were undersize except for one which was oversized. And the hallway was an additional charge. My hallway is small. The technician came back with a 33% increase. This is unacceptable!

The product does a beautiful job. I bought a 5 gallon jug of the product last year and just recently used it on my car's upholstery and it worked perfectly! It's been awesome to clean-up the cat erp on the carpet, too. I love that the product is extremely gentle on my hands and has no smell, that' just amazing! Steve did our carpets on Saturday and he was prompt, professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Zerorez can be very proud of this employee, their product and services. I'll absoultely stay a Zerorez customer.
Price to clean a area rug was more than a room so we were forced to decline that service. I felt many of the additions pet treatment etc. were priced very high.
You were in and out in less than 25 min.
You repeated at least 3 times that there is no guarantee that you can get a stain up, and i almost just sent the guy home since you were so sure you couldn't do a job when the title of the company is ZEROrez.
and the biggest factor is that you do not disclose that you will charge 40.00 EXTRA per pet stain. That is completely unheard of. 40. PER stain? Are you stoned?

Our grout is a little lighter but not even close to clean. The tile cleaning process left a slimy film with little grease spots in the border of the carpet. Our carpets did not come clean at all. They look fluffier but all traffic areas at the feet of our sectional are exactly the same as before. These are areas that normally come clean with a traditional carpet cleaning service. I would not recommend Zerorez to anyone and will not be using your services again. Extremely disappointed $310 later. Would love to hear from someone.
