I was having tenants move in on a short notice and had to have the carpets cleaned. Zerorez was highly recommended by others living in my community. They were able to accomodate a quick appointment for me and they did not disappoint me when the job was done. My new tenants were very happy with the cleaning. Also, their rates were very fair and reasonable. I will definitely use them again, when needed.
Your products are superior to any others, and the services I received (I am on day 1 after service day) was very informative and proficient. Today carpet is dry and ALL the pet stains are GONE! They absolutely restored my carpet to new condition. Thank you again. We’ll see you in 6 months.

mostly did a good job but very expensive. after everything dried I noticed some of the grout was missing in spots and some of my tile was chipped & the finish taken off. instead of it being white & gray it's brown. I looked when they were here but my whole house is tile so it was a lot to look at and still wet in spots so I missed those. that's disappointing to spend so much money and to now have my 3 year old tile ruined in spots and grout missing as well.
My tile floors were an absolute disaster after the guys left. I don’t know if it was overspray from the cleaners or from the scotch guard. But there was a film all over my living room and all down the hallway. I contacted the tech the next day to let him know. He said he escalated it to his manager who would call me to resolve. I never received a call and it’s now been an entire week.

I love the fact that ZeroRez uses no chemicals or anything toxic. And my carpet actually comes out cleaner. Excellent company and they do a terrific job. Great at cleaning sectional couches as well. Highly recommend.

Employees arrived on time and were very professional. It was a small job but I felt they gave it as much attention as any other job. The service itself was quick and they were thorough with the follow up care instructions. I will not hesitate to call back then next time I need a cleaning.

Never called or emailed me to let me know when or if it was ready. Tried calling 4 times and got a record of a very long sell pitch on zerorez witch is very annoying when you want to talk to someone. Then it say someone will call you back . Whatever never herd back from anyone so after a week an half not hearing from anyone i drove to the place and still a waiting game. Zero for zerorez.

It was so easy to schedule service. They showed up on time and did a great job cleaning the carpets including removing pet oder. Definitely recommend and I would use them again.
