The tech did a nice job. He was very polite and the carpets and tile look great.
The product is always good, however the service is what keeps me coming back. Each technician i have had has done a fantastic job and represents your organisation well. However the last technician that provided the service was the best so far! He did an amazing job and was easy to talk to.

They did a great job. Worked quickly. I had some thing stains I didn’t know about and cleaning those up was pretty expensive but the cleaning itself wasn’t bad.

I thought the tile grout would clean up better than it did, but I understand there were stains. Is there a possibility the stains could be lifted with additional cleanings or a special treatment. The technician seemed to think the dark spots were not yet dry, but it's been 24 hours and the darkness is still there.
