I don't see a difference with my carpets from the last company that cleaned them and from what Zerorez did. The only difference was zerorez's cost was much higher. You also advertise that the tech would not shake your hand but your tech shook my hand when they were done.

The carpets were not as clean as I thought they would be. Probably would try another service, next time. Sry.

I didn't expect any type of chemical smell and was surprised when there was one. I also thought the carpet wasn't supposed to feel crunchy at all and it did.

I was so pleased last year with Zeroez, your employee went above and beyond, ther carpets looked fantastic.
This year I was selling my home and even though the carpets didn't look bad they could use a little sprucing up.
Last year they were filthy, this year not so and yet they did not look anywhere near as good. I was disappointed.

I liked everything about your products and service. Your tech Michael was early, which I like, he was informative about the product he was using. Donned all the proper gear and kept social distance. He did a great job.

Cleaning is soap and detergent free which we love for our toddler and pets. After the carpets are cleaned, they don’t have that crispy feel that’s caused by other cleaner’s products.

Dion did an excellent job of cleaning our carpets. He took his time to explain the work he was going to perform. Both Zerorez and Dion exceeded our expectations.
