No negative feedback. I just expected the carpet to smell like something nice after, but it doesn't smell like anything. I guess we can call it my personal preference. Other than that, great service.

Super friendly when we called to schedule. They even ended up showing up early! All around everyone was friendly and helpful. We even got a free bottle of cleaner! Will definitely recommend and use for future cleaning!
