Carpets were very clean, no chemical smell or crunchy carpet; and the service was great. I would definitely recommend Zerorez to friends and family!
Once the carpet dried it looks like nothing was done. The same small stains were still there in the two spots I pointed out. I expected them to be worked through with the equipment and look good.
