Primary goal was to have a number of area rugs done. Disappointed that they could not be done on site due to material type. Would have signed a waiver but waivers are not used. Recommend potential rug clients should get prior confirmation of material for on site cleaning vs needing to go into their shop for a more extensive time period and expense for cleaning and if not done by client, added transportation costs.

When unable to have rugs done, substituted for bedroom carpet along with carpeted stairs. Tech was very accommodating and again did a great job.

Have used in two previous homes and continue to recommend for carpeting.
