I called zerorez to help get a coffee stain out of our living room carpet. The technician was very nice and made sure it looked good before he left. He told me to call him if it came back after drying. Once the carpet was dry it was still a little noticeable so I called him and he stopped back the next day to treat the carpet again. He was able to get stain out and the carpet looks great!

Nate the Flooring Manager is the reason we went with Zerorez. He was great. The installers were fine but left scratches and gouges on the walls that needed to be repainted. Not a big deal but some customers would probably be unhappy..

Garrett was so professional and explained the whole process prior to beginning. There was very little disruption to my home since he only had a smaller hose to drag around. I also appreciate the call ahead and the e-mail reminders for appointments.

I've been pleased with Zerorez with my brand new carpets over the past couple years, but I never bothered to do my old carpet that needs replacing. We're talking builder's off-white carpet, 20 years old, that has seen more than its share of cat barf. I figured nothing was going to help it.
I was wrong. This year, I had Zerorez clean that carpet too. HOLY COW! Let's be honest. It's still 20 year old builder's off-white carpet with some faint color of cat stains, but WOW, does it look so much better than it did. I am utterly astonished at how much Zerorez did for my carpet.
Now I'll be getting it all cleaned every year, and Zerorez has a fan for life. THANKS, ZEROREZ!

Quality work and professional presentation. Pretty expensive for the duct cleaning but hopefully we won't need to get it done any time soon. Tech said 6-7 years. I have had the carpets cleaned in the past and have been pleased with the results. They got stains out that others couldn't and didn't leave the carpets "crispy".
